Fit new soft top rear window stopped working

I'm looking for help please. I just bought a soft top to replace my hard top on my '00 freelander.

It fits fine, but when I had finished the rear window doesnt work. I realise that there must be part of the roof fitting which works as a switch to tell the window there is roof fitted but I am totally stumped as to where it is and why the new roof doesn't activate it.

Any comments welcomed......

Isnt there a microswitch half way up the diagonal on the o/s?

I don't know...im off to have a look now!

Yes micro switch on drivers side. Just needs adjustment.
