Hello. On freelander diesel models. Are they 2000c or 2.5 ? I am looking to sell my defender ex military na for freelander as defender is now impractical for my daily use. But I am not sure which model is good. Any advice or tips please

Might hold u on that. I need to do some research first. Like. It is on a chassis or all in one mono shell same as car. It is engine. Gearbox transfer etc. or is engine in transverse position. Five door. Blah blah.

Part mono part Chassis
No transferbox just an ird with traction control
Transverse engine ;)
5 door

It has a steel ladder type chassis bonded to the body :p

Mono shell like a car. 3 door with removable back or 5 door estate (wagon) Generally they don't suffer rust as bad as chassis Land Rovers.
Engine is transverse like a car with a transfer box (IRD) on the back. It drives the rear diff via a viscose coupling (VCU)
Loads of info on here ;)
