Glow Plug Issues, some advice needed please

Hi, I’m new to the forum. I’ve got an ex Military defender 1987 D reg. with a 2.5 diesel engine. It has starting problems and so I thought I would swap out the Glow plugs. The glow plug I removed is an NGK Y907R 11.5v

When I came to order some, the site says it is from a Ford Escort. Can anybody advise please!? The vehicle came from Cypress originally and it may be that the wrong ones were fitted as they had them to hand and they worked. But are they the best for the job please?
