Front left at the manifold level. not sure what should be attached to the triangular bit that is bolted to the engine.

Not sure about that bit myself. The other broken bit looks like the back of the water pump housing, which may be part of the timing case.
Thinking a 3.5 carburetted V8?
I should think it is repairable if you can get the parts. Don't buy stuff sight unseen if you can help it.

Well the OP sounded a little surprised.
But as it looks like it’s been under a bench for 20yrs, I hope it was cheap and not expecting it to be popped in this weekend and get it running.

Yeah it's obvious now!
Looks like tht=at alternator mount is a bolt on part. Any one got one? oh and a water pump housing whilst your at it

Not sure that works out any cheaper, and you have nothing to show for it in the end.
