info.range rover classic eas system,into 2 door

cant give eas ecu engine running signal it would like (ac w from alternator),but only 5v square wave from engine ignitor ecu, this runs at 1/2 engine speed as has 2 coils.tacho also wired into this,as expected runs far too low..(will make frequency multipler to sort this along with filter to convert square to sine wave)
everything else wired as should be including electric speedo

1) not all the time ,but generally at tick over flashes all 3 eas switches, starts with them on steady, then flash, then as i pull away (or rev engine)clear..

this makes me think it losing signal at low rpm and eas ecu thinking engine stopped????yes..no?

2) i dont think it dropping to low at reaching 50mph,tis wired up to proper speed transducer and buffer..THOUGH maybe it is changing height and i just not feeling it??
what would cause no height change?no speed signal, and no engine running signal...not sure what else, but if i am right that fault 1 is cos losing engine run signal.then there would be a signal at 50mph so cant be this??

not sure ,your faults please..

though in hind sight...fault 1 may not clear on reving engine,it may be when i move off,so if that the case then the eas ecu sensing speed and dropping the fault..hmmm.will have to check actually what happens to clear flashing lights in the morning...

i am hoping/expecting thats its all own to eas ecu not having the correct engine run ac signal from alt..??

fault 1 cured...took off alternator..(git of a job)stripped it down,gave it a w post..connected to eas ecu..it happy now.

not sure if drops at speed yet..no roads over 50 on way home..
