disco back axles

hi can anyone tell me if a complete back axle from a 1995 V8 disco will fit my 1995[n] disco 300tdi automatic, we know it will fit but are unsure about the diff ratios, ie if they are the same or not? any help would be great, regards, kirk

so any rear axle from any same year discovery has the same ratio??

series vehicles are 4.7 ,defenders disco,and rr classic are all 3.54 except some military and svo vehicles
