Quick question - Do i have you use these (http://www.lrseries.com/shop/product/listing/2419/AFU1075-EYEBROW-RIVET.html) to fix my wheel arches on, or can i just use a Washer and Rivet instead?
Thanks
Thanks

Eh?????? Had to do mine again a few months ago and they only took about 10-minutes each corner single handed, why the problems?
One tip I do have is to put the slightest of tapers onto the end of the pin and they slide into place much easier, aftermarket or genuine I have had the same problem with both but this makes it a breeze. I always keep a supply of the clips in the gararge, I usually manage to recover most/all of the pins but in case I can't I have some to hand to let me complete the job.

You don't leave near Tring Hertfordshire do you as I'd happily pay you some beer tokens to swap my arches as it took US so long to fit one that we didn't bother with the rest!!

Photos of the problem may help us….I know this is an old chat but I'm putting some on my 96 defender and when taking the old arches off the front theres a 4 inch gap now inside where the wheel lining met the old arch and the new big one sits on the outside.
Dosnt look right what have I done wrong????
Are the front the same as the rear for your new ones, They shouldn't be? As you have discovered the original front arches are a different design to cover the gap between the wing and the inner arch. Either your extended arches are incorrect or they expect you to build a spacer piece to fill the gap.My rears were ok but my front went partly inside the arch ???? Any help or ideas.
