On one of britains motorways yesterday on the off ramp my ABS/TC/Hill decent warning lights came on the dash and today they are still on, before i go and pay my local specialist to put it on the computer any ideas anybody, it is a 2000 TD5 disco2 with 168k on the clock.

there's no better ideea than hook it to tester... it will point you directly to the fault
 
I second the tester option. Loads can cause it. For me it was the ABS valves sticking. I think something like 900 quid for a new unit, but the local LR specialist had a recon unit for maybe £300. He suggested that I periodically used the hill descent system to keep the valves in use.

You might be luckier and have an issue that has a cheaper fix...
