Approx £500 for clutch and new slave cylinder.....you can add another £350 it you have the flywheel changed as well.
You may get away with having the system bled first and then changing the master cylinder as long as the slave and clutch are actually in good condition.

That's about it if you have a friendly garage - if it's a main dealer add 50%

How much? Did you replace the Dual Mass Flywheel?
