auxilary belt and tensioner replacement

Hi all new to here, my father in law has asked me to replace his auxilary belt and tensioner for him just wondering if anyone can give me some advice or a how to .im pretty handy with the spanners but not too certain on removing the tensioner btw he has a 2.0 diesel thx for any help offered

Is it the early L series, or the later BMW Td4 unit ?

and download something called Rave CD, it's the landrover equivalent of a haynes manual, which landrover themselves us, will have a full set of instructions in the freelander section.
