auto gearbox

Hi I wonder if anyone knows the answer to my gearbox problem for some time I had been having trouble getting gears in the mornings without sitting with the engine running for about 5 min then everything OK. Decided to change oil and filter although I had changed both about 1 year before as I was unsure about the quality of the oil I had put in as I live in Spain and do not know which oil is good or bad. I have now put in oil from a mercedes garage as used in all the cars they service the problem I have now is the opposite perfect first thing but once I have driven for a bit and stop and leave the car for instance to go into a shop I have to sit with the engine running for some time before it will go. Who knows what Mercedes use? The oil you need is Dexron II or Dexron III, the wrong oil will fubar your box.
