Hi all I'm after some advise, I bought a td4 hse a year ago and love it,its done over 150k mikes over the year I have upgraded crankcase breather, EGR bypass,de-cat and stainless through to back box,new VCU and £400 on matching tyres and now the clutch is going ( release bearing) gutted, I've had quotes of over 1k to get this fixed properly. I was just wondering what my options are,do I give up, do I pay the 1k and risk gearbox or something else going,do I risk using cheaper parts. Could I even get a gear box and cluch from a model that's done half the miles also would I be able to put an automatic box in? Sorry for the long post
