Hi all, we now have the icarsoft LR V3.0, I hooked this up to my 3.6 tdv8, it read the vin and inlputed itself automatically and read the no 2 cylinder intermittently imbalance, which leads to my second cry for advise within 2 week. Got the metal plate off of the left bank facing from front into engine, observed wet bubbling on top of rocker cover, wiped it clean and it reappeared, this is nearer to the fuel rail than the injectors, so I have bought a set of good genuine inj pipes to try before I pull no 2 injector to check the seals ( forgot to say I checked the injectors for operation with a stethoscope before to make sure the fault isn’t electrical or a kaput injector) I’m thinking pipe or a combination of both because of the lumpyness of the idle and hesitant pick up, Much more than if just one injector because it’s common rail .... anyone disagree before I go ahead or agree to inspire confidence ... thanks Joss.
