Anyone done this? I am putting a 200TDi in my 110, however the 200TDi did not come with a PAS Pump so i am looking at using the orginal PAS system.

All the brackets bolt on, however none of the pulleys line up?

Cheers

Don't think it can be done without modifying the pulley on the 19j one.

Best bet would just be to pick a 200 Tdi pump off eBay, which is what I did - got a used one for £15 which has worked perfectly ever since :)

I think I read somewhere that a military style double pulley can be used on the 19j pump..but can't remember where I saw it. Otherwise - as Langers said...get a second-hand one. :)

Can't find any 200TDi Disco PAS pumps on ebay :( And won't i need the pipes aswell?

Damn, when I bought mine the bloke had two for sale for £15 each... knew I should have bought both!

Did yer 110 have PAS before? If so you can re-use the pipes but get a company like Pirtek to change the ends for you.

The best option though is to get the original pipes from the Disco and use them - they can be used as is (though they will stick out a bit from the crossmember as they are a wee bit short) so again you can get them extended by Pirtek if you want. :)

Or join the Disco ones to the 'fender ones using compression joints - then you can make the pipes fit like they were meant to.

I have email my local Landy place (Good bloke with lots of Discos that he is breaking!) to see if he has a PAS pump with the high pressure pipe (Low pressure pipe is straight swap i think?).

What type of compression joint is it? (Can you give me a link to one? I would not have a fekking clue what to buy!)

Cheers :)

I can't remember what size the compression joints are - I took the pipes into a local hydraulics place and they sorted me out with them. Charged me a couple of quid each.
