After a little help on deciding on what kit to buy and what others have fitted to theirs. I have a discovery 2 td5 but the E spec which has no air suspension. reason for a lift is it has gone really saggy and the back so is in need of a change and getting into offroading i might as well get a 2" lift kit instead of a standard set up. I have been looking at the Terrafirma shocks and absorbers, the medium ones not the HD as i want some give in it for road driving.

Any help or advise is much appreciated, Scott.

The generally accepted idea of a lift is to allow for bigger wheels; if you`re going this route, OK. But a lift alone will only raise your C of G making side slopes more hazardous, and road cornering slower, for no real advantage. The standard set up is already a good compromise for on/of road use IMHO.
