@Freddie17 Sounds like a great plan , only thing in the back of my mind is fingers crossed I can get my brakes all sorted out in the next few weeks as reliant to see when my neighbour is free to assist me getting the wheels off to reach the bleeding points

along with ensuring the brakes are all ok , can then replace both brake pad wear sensors seeing they were in the box but not changed

really looking forward to this

plus will anyone have a dashcam plse, I’ve got a camera I can bring if it’s of interest to anyone in me bringing one

Blanked the wear sensors on mine years ago, if you have alloys it is a matter of a few seconds work with a torch to check for pad wear.

Freddie what is TW2?

It’s the Glass interactive map - website that shows all the BOATS (and any TROs), with the benefit of notes added by users along the way. Only of use if we go somewhere unknown.

Apologises for the delay

so had a terrible week , ripped the absolute hell out my back as was desperately trying to get my brakes sorted out, there’s something else going on as there must be a leak somewhere as it pulled air back in a few days later , will have to go through the entire thing once I can get back on my feet

typical as everytime I wish to have some fun for myself something crops up , am so annoyed over it , locked it and walked away until I can get all the wheels off it

best to leave me out this trip plse , will allow me a lot of time then to get the motor and back sorted out

plse let us know how the trip goes and stay safe and well

ps, comes in threes as now got my letter from the hospital for my cataracts surgery , just got to wait for that to come through

bless u for such a kind thought , alas at the moment i cant comfortably get in a vehicle but thks so much for the thought

regarding the air ingress if it comes to it I’ll disconnect the brake pipes and pressure test them one by one from the ABS module all the way to each caliper bleed point, plus the brake master / servo has all been replaced under warranty and was working perfectly beforehand, will get some new copper washers for the caliper brake hose pipes
