a compression test is what you will need to have done

a 60 ton press comes in hand

take it to which ever garage you use and ask them 20 minutes and it will be done

dont drive it till your sure wat it is get a new switch put that in see what happens give the engine a good flush get all the s**t out of it if its still the same get a pressure test done on your oil and on the cilinders when you get the tests done if low oil pressure get a new pump

yeah mate thats wot i mean seal could have gone on your oil pump like you say could be blocked holes or your pump could be worn

have you tested the starter out of the car

could be low oil pressure bits are getting warm and burning abit of oil
