After much thought i decided last night to sell my Disco.
And buy a Merc E class estate. I like Mercs.

Anyway, started nosing round for one, spotted some i liked and was all set for sticking my Disco on sale today when i mentioned it to the missus.

I didnt know we had so many roofs in our house for her to go through. She slaughtered me, absolutely ripped me to shreds. And she refused to even sit in a Merc if we got one:confused:

So, after me laying down the law, politely explaining that its MY car and i shall do what i want with it, plus threatening her with withdrawal of participation in our partnership, i stood my ground.
And decided i will keep the Disco.

It was my decision based on my choice with no outside influence whatsoever.

So it looks like i may be here a while.............:D

why oh why is it that you lot bang on about how good your disco is, spend loads on em bolting goodies on, then on a whim you all seem to wake up one morning and decide to sell em ;)

Yella, I think it is because they think it is better to sell before they get the cars nicked!

Good move all round Lenny, have you looked into the reports of reliability and build quality of the ML's, it's not very good at all. Built in America, I believe they had trouble reading the german 'how to build this vehicle' manual, something about translation and trying to use imperial spanners on the box of metric bolts!!! :D
At least landie bits are easy to get hold of when you need them.
