Very informative for a change on here:D:D And correct as well!!!! What you do need to do is find someone local who makes biodiesel....they will be more than happy to take away any "whites" and crud that you will end up with from the filtering. You can't use it as wvo but i makes good bio in...

I think the 4 pin diff's were fitted to the 4.6 petrol...check by searching on here. If the diff is noisy you only need to change the middle part with the 10 bolts....you still have to remove the half shafts but the main axle casing can stay on the car.

:welcome2: yes the diff's are the same although you may find the rear diff has a harmonic damper on it....big disc made of steel and rubber. Take it off if using for the front. Your english is better than some of the southerners on here!!!:D

Yes my ABS is ****ered!! Self inflicted this time:mad::mad: Was using a hub puller to remove the NS hub so i could change the diff......yes you guessed it i forgot to pull the ABS sensor out....plonker.. Crushed the end of the sensor big style. Replaced the sensor but now got the ABS fault...

Viton is a must with bio!!!! Incorrect titrations will not affect the fuel pump....undereacted fuel is ok in a p38....they will run on wvo as well as bio.

My p38 runs on 100% home made bio with no probs. Are you making the perfectly legal to make and use bio yourself?? How do you de-meth it?? Methanol will cause probs with some rubber and plastics.

Does the engine rad have another rad on the side of it to cool the gearbox??? My Omega did and that split internally filling the g/box with coolant....caused it catch fire one night....:rolleyes::rolleyes:
