Work on the second engine rebuild is underway, fair to say Iv learnt a lesson! Always get the head pressure tested before rebuilding lol!

Bit of a update on the disco!!! Iv had a few problems with the engine lately! After getting it up and running I was having a few issues at high revs, it would splutter. I noticed a slight fuel leak on the injector pump! Not good!! Managed to get hold of another pump and swapped them over...

Lights are on! Iv gone for magnetic trailer light that are mounted to plates on the cage. Only reason for this is to stop me smashing light eveytime I go out haha. Lights are powered by a 7pin socket on the rear of the cab

The stuff sticks like **** hahaha keyed it down a bit and slapped it on with a compressor and gun. Did three coats on the cab and the cage had two coats, used 8litters or raptor paint :)

Truck is painted and looks amazing!!! Raptor is the way forward haha! Just another 101 jobs left to do :cool: but it's getting there slowly. Next job on the list is rear lights and seats to mount.

So the rub down has started!! Colour scheme will be black raptor with orange bead lockers and the flex kit/trailing arms etc.

New fuel tank on and frame made! Just needs I lick of paint. Plan is to raptor the whole truck! No more scratches I hope hahaha

Finally got round to doing the rear tube, glad it's starting to take shape now :)

Switch panel all wired up with a home made wiring loam and works perfectly Everythink works so far!!!!

Tube work is bent and ready to weld!! :) Will be glad to see it start taking shape :) I've also decided to cut the chassis down some more to tidy it up with the tray.

Rockets?! If only haha may have to rig some up ;) back to the switchs, key switch is for the fuel stop on the pump. Rocker switchs are for first stage ignition and second stage with the start button to fire the old girl up :)

Finally got the cab finished today after the cold spell we have had, thought I'll crack on while we have had that bit of extra light at night :)

Started on the electrics today and long story short, I no longer have the keys to the truck :( so Iv decided to wire up my own start up panel! :) As I'm putting the batteries behind the seats, the plan is to put a panel on the central arm rest replacing the lid. I will also put switches for roof...

Could always Drop the fuel line off, start it up till it uses what's in the lines and give it a go:)

Another buy for the truck!!! A storage box for when the rear tray is done. Planning to sit it on a winged tray back :)
