you tube has some vids and yes injection pump timing mine was retarded and on over run it would plume white smoke i had some one time the pump and no more white smoke and bags more power

Had this with mine 300tdi fender have u checked the pump timing

pic 1 is the bell housing and the hole is for the wading plug. so no there isnt anything missing from pic 1. The oil crank seal is leaking by the looks of it thats were the oil is coming from (pic 1)pic 3 looks like u might have an axel breather blocked or rear diff ool seal that needs replacing

I would check all of the above lol

my 90 is the same dont think thats your problem

hi mate i am with flux on classic insurance for my 90

try searching slugish disco u will find there is a lot of info

i can recommend 4plus four in leeds they have just done my input seal on my disco 3 gearbox (auto)

hi i have done this mod and have started to suffer from over fuelling on the over run white smoke unburnt diesel wich ajustment do i need to turn back excellent thred by the way

Not sure ov the angle but u will need a wide angle prop so they dont bind

Hello Just had my disco 3 serviced and have been told i have a leak on the gearbox. The machanic says he carnt find were it is coming from but it is defenatly gearbox oil and seems to be from the top. I havnt got any on my drive oil that is ? Can anybody help. Do they have a common fault and...
