Hi guys, been searching the net but can't find what I'm after. Does anyone know the part number for the rubber seal for the rear door lock assembly? (number 17 in the diagram below)
Cheers,

The original unmodified chassis or unaltered bodyshell (i.e. body and chassis as one unit - monocoque); or a new chassis or monocoque bodyshell of the same specification as the original supported by evidence from the dealer or manufacturer (e.g. receipt).
Taken from that direct.gov website, I...
That's what I thought...if it's like for like then I was under the impression it was classed as a repair, similar to replacing a gearbox if it becomes faulty with a new one. Even if the chassis is modified, isn't there a point system in place where x amount of items have to be replaced before a...
Got any pics? Could be any number of things, vacuum pump, blocked cyclone breather, porous breather pipe, oil filter, or even the diff itself. Wipe everything down, then run the engine for a bit and try to track any leaking oil.

As Ratty says, give them chance. It's being sorted, you'd only have a problem if they didn't rectify the problem whilst the vehicle was under warranty.
Yeah it'll do 70 easy, but it's a landy not a BMW, I don't like to thrash it :P
Black smoke is unburnt diesel....so it's either over-fuelling or you have an air flow issue. As you've checked the turbo pipes and filter, I'd be tempted to next check the timing.
It's nothing like a petrol car mind, all it's power comes in low down grunt. Having said that, mine will do 70 fairly easily! Maybe timing slightly out? That will have a big effect.
Well just wait and see...if the 2nd woodruff key is fine then you may get away with a repair to the outer one. Tbh a new crankshaft costs a helluva lot, would probably be cheaper to put a second hand engine in. But like I say, that's worse case scenario, you might find it's all ok once you get...
It usually happens when the crank shaft bolt isn't tightened up enough, and if that's the case then it's likely to have happened to the other woodruff key too. The only way you'll know is to take it all apart and have a good look. As for replacing crankshaft etc.....I'd worry about that later.
