The pump under the wheel arch is the low pressure pump that delivers fuel from the tank to the engine. There is a second, high pressure pump mounted on the engine that delivers fuel to the injectors. It could be that your fuel pressure sensor has failed. There's also a crank sensor that could have failed. It might be worth hooking it up to some diagnostics and see if any faults are logged.

I'm not sure what you mean by "alimentation of the amplifier", but there is a grommet you can use in the top corner of the engine bay on the passenger side. It's a pig to get to and you will need to make a hole in it, but it's the one the manual says to use
