Both sides of the disk seems to have the same wear pattern, hoping they just need time to bed in abit.

I've had trouble getting through quite a few times, a right pain in the backside. Just seems like they don't bother answering the phone sometimes.

No iv had it about 6months, it's a 1997 ninety. The only shims I took out and put back in are the drive shaft shims and I have all the parts and followed the lr workshop manual all the way through apart from doing the end play on the drive shaft as I used the shims that were already there.

When you say chim do you mean the race for the bearing?? I done them myself and checked everything before I put it all back together. So if you mean the race then they are all in place.

I replaced the wheel bearings at the same time as doing all these bits.

Yes calipers, disks, pads and even got new caliper bolts. The calipers are made by ap racing so not unbranded ones either.

So I went and changed my disks, pads and calipers on the front. All was well, seemed to improve braking abit. Although..... After I changed the calipers and disks I realised I had brought the wrong pads, as it was the bank holiday I couldnt get the right ones so popped my old ones in, (plenty...

No they were both solid disks but the "bell" (not sure what it's actually called) part of the disk was 10mm shorter with a more square edge so the calipers were 10mm off from where they should of been.

So thought I'd have a crack at this today....... First problem, couldn't get the copper pipe off the old caliper without breaking it as it was siezed on, every thing went well after that, fitted the new bearings and then I tried to fit the new caliper it wouldn't fit!!!!! Brake disks are...

Yes I'm doing all 4, got the brake fluid, forgot to add that. Just checked the spanner I brought for the hub nuts, wrong size, doh! Added the 52mm socket and lock nuts to the list. Any idea on a part number for the tab washer James?
