Even the 300tdi ones?

Having taken the non functioning wiper motor off of my Disco 2 and found the internals to be somewhat seized and messed up I'm looking for a replacement. Does a wiper motor from a Disco 1 fit a Disco 2? The only reason I ask is Disco 2 wipers seem to be thin of the ground around here.

How easy is it to adjust the steering box? Having said that I'm fairly sure it's between the steering box and steering wheel so I'll check all between them first when I get the chance.

I do have the EKA code, all part of the fun of getting another key made. I did check all the fuses when I found the issues and all looked to be ok. Unfortunately I don't have a photo at the moment and as it is dark and somewhat moist outside that might have to wait for a dry time.

Thanks for info. The reason I asked is there is a 200 tdi for sale near here but I think I'll try and find another 300 tdi as that is what I'm used to. I might be able to get my old Disco back for spares so keeping with a 300 tdi would make sense. And for the record the clock still worked ;)

The joint below the hole in the board is the one which went on mine and I think is the common one to go, the other two which have been mentioned do indeed look like needing the same treatment. I wouldn't be surprised if all three joints are for the same relay. Hopefully that'll sort the problem...

I've been having trouble with the abs on my Disco 1 for a while now, some times the light comes up, some times it doesn't, some times the abs will kick in randomly when I apply the brake and at other times it won't. Took the wee beastie to my local garage today to get a couple of other issues...

Think I should have described that a bit better. It drives like it is in hi range but the selector is very much in the lo range slot. I don't mind having a go at freeing it off but if something is fundamentally wrong then I don't want to risk buggering it up even more.
