just checked with main dealer. replacement fuel return pipe is obsolete and cannot be ordered. Help ! Anyone got a work round to attach fuel return pipe to sender - will jubillee clips be sufficent on the fuel system ? andrew

Def need to cut the sponge out and dry inside the house - it will take a week even inside ! I've just done this and hopefully fixed the leaks ( or at least the ones I could see !)

my 97 300 is the same - ages for the needle to move then just over a third

dont know if this helps, but mine started chirping after I replaced the belt. Replaced the tensioner. Problem sorted. Symptoms before replacing the tensioner were pretty much the same as original OP's. Not expensive and even I managed to do it !

hi guys, Min 97 disco just started with the same prob. Started after i had locked the front door with the key (sun roof open and alarm kept going off) After this, the rear door would only open with the key actually in it same as piglet. Is there some sort of deadlocking system at play here? Or...

when i start up, the rear window switches dont work - then seem to start working at some point later after driving. Parked up tonight, rear windows down, and now they wont close. Is there some sort of delay built in? Or is their something I need to change. Sorry if this has been posted...

my water is coming not around the rubber gromet but actually along the wires in the wiring loom ! Been told to fill the outer part with silicone seal - so will try that and let you know !

finally ground off the washer nuts - def seems to be the one way valve not working replacing it ! now to sort out the water leaks into the passenger footwell. What would I do on a sunday without a Land rover product to play with...!

hi Palace - is the non return valve the little black connecter thingy behind washer tank? tried to take tank out to look at all the pipes but cant get to the bolts holding it on at the bottom ! And yorkie - lifting the boot carpet now lol ! thanks all for help so far - even if i not sorted it yet !
