Looking on Turner Eng website the re-manufactured heads go through a pretty inclusive indepth process. As for all of the other parts I think i'll be using the ones Ive already got In all honesty i'm hoping to be able to with new but its alot of cash by the time labour is added

Finally picked up the disco tonight, all running well. Will take some photos of the egr blanking kit tomorrow. Had new injector seals and o rings plus a full drain and service of everything. Ran it at 2000rpm for two hours with no power loss or other problems

Just for the sake of it I thought id post a picture of the EGR blanking kit and silicone hoses I bought. I'll probably post a couple of fitted pictures on Saturday.

Tomorrow the injector seals and o rings are being replaced along with new silicone hoses and an EGR blanking kit. My remote suspension is also being programmed so two birds with one stone
