Hi, The three groves are one thin one for the frame then two, one must be for the glass and the other I presume to allow expansion, its a Britpart seal I have read they are the best ones for fitting.

I am about to try and fit a new windscreen seal, the new seal has three groves and I cant figure out which one the glass fits into, its nearly a year since I took the screen out and the old seal was slightly different anyway, alas getting someone else to fit it isn't an option thanks is advance,

Hi It knocked the hell out of my galvanised chassis left it textured and course to touch, if I ever get another galvanised chassis it will be painted.

I have a set of galvanised doors from SP, very good product only slight fettling to get widow winder holder fitted, I had to make a couple of brackets for this.

Thanks all I think I will just go with some foam tape of e bay and just use a smeer of black silicone on the original rubbers on the sides of the hard top.

Hi that's not the bit, the foam was between the capping and the actual bulkhead the strips were only maybe 12mm wide and not very thick maybe 3-5mm, thanks.

Hi, I am in the throws of giving my 90 a respray and some new doors and another rear tub, when I was prepinig the new (to me) tub I found foam strips where the cappings sit, is this a Land Rover fitting or has someone done this to separate the two metals.

I just made a square frame with light flat bar, the fan attaches to this, it sits in the groves for the fan coweling at the bottom and bolts to the frame at the top using the wee studs for the cowel at the top, if that makes sense,
