For stability I'd go for a 110. I've towed with a 200Tdi 90 (10x5 3.5T trailer) and my Td5 110 with the same trailer and although the 90 had no trouble I find the 110 better. Only main difference is the engine - loved my 200Tdi but my Td5 has now been chipped for towing/economy and it pulls...

I've got a 2002 110 and had a similar problems for a while until one wiper gave up totally. I bought a replacement wheel box off ebay, spent ages replacing it as so much dash has to come out - worked for about a week and failed again :mad: Second time around I bought genuine wiper boxes...

Glad you got it installed ok. Mine was a bit noisy for the first few thousand miles but now its nice and quiet. Makes motorway stuff much better and if I'm not towing I sometime leave it engaged from first. Pulls away in first no problems. Enjoy :-)

One of the best things I've bought for my 110. 2000 mile round trip to the alps last year was a lot more relaxed with it fitted. Couldn't imagine not having it now :-)
