its defo a disco ff housing, that was the donor engine and it came attached to the engine, so regardless of where the return goes it has to end up back to the tank, would it cause damage to blank it off? possibly cause it to overfuel with excess pressure behind the injectors?

didnt get this untill i had done it but its more or less what i have done, theres more blue silicone hosing under the bonnet than a supra in fast and furious lol

ithink you have misunderstood me, everything is plumbed in but i have a return left and i know there isnt a home for it on the tank as i fitted the tank not long ago, so could i put the return back to the blanked off side of the fuel filter or do i have to put it back into the tank

could i return it to the blanked off side of the fuel filter ?

its the single one on the rear of the pump that the injector 1 or 4 depending which you call 1 or 4 goes to and attaches to a banjo on the pump

just about finished my 200tdi series conversion and i have a diesel fuel return pipe spare do i have to plumb it in or can i blank it off without damaging the pump thanks in advance :D

firstly i wouldnt bother with second hand springs they are only 50ish quid new each and new springs really is a treat if you have been running about with seized ones!, as for tyre get on ebay and gumtrtee ect you will pick up a set no problem

ive fitted a 200tdi into my 88 and im using the disco radiator and expantion bottle, has anyone any advice on what pipework to use to connect the bottom part of the cooling system

im needing a 200tdi airfilter box and associated pipework pm me if you have one for sale thanks in advance

after all the discussion i have fitted the disco radiator with oil cooler not so much to do with worry of cooking it more for using the original radiator thats matched to the engine, completely agree with james though dont think the cooler would be needed

yeah its true that it will hardly be worked hence why i was keen to fit the series radiator 1400kg compared to 2200kg in a disco should provide me with some good mpgs and interesting wet roundabouts :-D as for body mods i had to trim the inner wing a bit to allow for the turbo didnt fancy...
