Is it normal with the engine running, for the ACE fluid to be agitating? Is this just flow and return, or have I got an issue?

Hi Neilly, No clicking at all. The relay was operating int the fuse box, but mainly felt it rather than heard.

Lots of niggles all of a sudden! She wouldn't start or even turn over earlier. I got under and tapped the Starter with a hammer. Then started on the button. Is there anything I can do, or just replace? Battery voltage static and running is fine.

Hi All, D2 TD5 2000 plate. Is it worth swapping out the water pump and stat as a matter of course/preventative maintenance? I know it is a fairly big job given there isn't an immediate fault, but I need to invest some time and money into the old girl to breathe a bit of life into her.

Hi All, General update. Thanks for all the help so far, across all my SOS posts! So, original fault was overheating, intermittent loss of power and no cabin heating. As the guys suggested, the coolant was quite low, so have topped it up and bled it. I had it ticking over for a few hours...
