dose it get a good finnish with a roller just done my 2a but spayed it out side they allways look better with a bit of new paint

hi all have just been offerd an overdrive a fairy one for 50 quid but it is noisy and needs a new syncrow to engage can the parts for these still be bought and can i get it rebuilt and serviced any where in lincolnshire .also will it still be a good deal if i have to spend a bit on it or should...

just put a bit of vanilla paint round window pannels to see what it looked like

want to keep it the same as near original if i can but was in 2 minds if to do it all one colour i will be brushing the roof but spraying the window pannals my neigbours think i am mad spraying outside not bad for a quick flash over .got to do the wing tops again the rain got to them before it...

just resprayed 3 hours ago still got roof and window pannals to do when i get the right colour paint did it out side on the driveway

i tryed a discovery air box even cut it down but coudnt make it fit if you mange to do it post some pics so i can see how you hve fitted it

yes just cut the rot out and put the new panals over the top there made from ally sheet any sheet metal workshop with a roller can make these the guy who made mine did them in his dinner hour just makes job a lot better and no filler

new wing skin after 30 years of filler looks a lot better than before thats the point

just had some new outer rear wing skins made up for the series 2a to cover the corrosion up think they will look ok when there fitted will put some pics on soon when i work out how to get them on the thread

ok thanks it was the 10 spline i was not sure of .will start looking to see what i can find what sort of performance and economy should i expect. and will be useing first gear to set of as i dont use it at the mo due to it being so low geared .thanks for that .
