So I worked out that all rear 110 salisbury axles with disc brakes use the same pads. I ordered new pads, new pins and new springs. The pins are britpart and the pads are allmakes but made by mintex. I also ordered a tool to push back the pistons but that didn't arrive in time (thanks a lot...

I made my own years back. Just cut out the rear box and replaced with a bolt on straight through. Then on my td5 I cut the back box out and welded in a straight section. My 110 now has a straight through with 4" side exit. I welded it myself. Sounds awesome! Where are you located?

Take the old ones off. I cut the original fronts down to be big enough to cover that gap then fitted back.

Thanks James. You're right. Just spent hours scratching my head. In the end I ran a new earth for the rear lights on the drivers side and that fixed it.

My 110 had developed a strange electrical fault. I thinking maybe some kind of earth fault? When I indicate right they work fine. When I indicate right whilst braking the rear indicator stops working and the brake light flashes instead. If I lift my foot of the break then the indicator flashes...

It's got 2" lift all round with 1" rear spacers added. So a total of 3" lift rear. It's borderline on the rear prop angle. I would lift higher than that

What size did you go for on the rims and tyres? They look big!
