Our Toyota had £15000 worth of warranty work done before we decided to call it a day and get rid while it was still in warranty!! It's back up For sale again, it's had at least a flywheel since (2007 car)

I prefer the insure the driver not the car, think that's how it works in Germany or somewhere, if you drive you need to be an insured driver

Depends what you're using it for. Some say snorkel but then will it go in water? Tyres first then protection IMO

Doesn't look a bad car. My insurance company won't touch a Q car so that would put me out of looking at buying it. You can regularly pick up 200 and 300 TDi Discos with MOT and tax for around the £400-800 mark

Stupid question - landy all day long

The handle gets stuck on mine, on the outside which stops it opening and locking properly, usually just wedge a screw driver in and move it (yes I'm a girl and quite capable of fixing my own boot!)

Yes always have helped or even let someone use our recovery membership to get them and their family home. Time it happened we could see their car was struggling and didn't overtake or anything as we could see they were having problems. Maybe I'm mad. Offer people lifts when I see them walking...
