Trailing arm bushes is my guess unless your sure they are all OK . When they get worn the back axel starts to help steer the landy and the more weight on that axel the more pronounced it becomes. I had this with mine a few years ago, its horrible feeling.

Looks good, very tidy job in the back. When its freezing out mine suffers from condensation dripping from the roof (on the inside), would that using that stuff stop it happening ?

It won't help any but it won't break anything either. I drove for 7 miles with it on pulling 3.5 ton, I never noticed because of the extra weight behind me (I thought the pull was because of the trailer) I opened the window to let some air in while on the way and got the smell of burning...

Its worth having a look at the box under the master cylinder where the pedal lever is connected too. It might need a little adjustment up or down , and it wont cost anything. :cool:

Time to replace the motor or see if it can be repaired.

As above head gasket, I have been through the same stuff a few years ago. Not cheap but still mortoring 4 years later

I know where there is one but I am not selling . Gearbox r380 or not is not cheap, get your old one reconditioned at ashcrofts or buy a secondhand one off them. If you have lots of cash buy a new box from landrover. Any of the above will get you back on the road no question. Ebay ones could be...

That's about what I get too (99 td5 110) from a full tank, 75 liters. I never let her get below 1/4 tank though its easy to get a td5 air locked. Sorry I just added that up again and I get more like 450 miles from a full tank, so yeah yours is a bit heavy juice. What size tank has a 90 got...

I agree ^^, the TD5 engine is hard to over heat. When it gets up to normal temp take the cap off the header tank ( with a towel and keep your head well back) it should just hiss as the presure escapes but if the coolent shoots 3 or 4 feet in the air. Im afraid its going to cost ya.

As above spend some more dosh on a swing away wheel carrier. My back door is in bits after only 6 years and I now must buy a door and a carrier.
