It is in the car and runs perfectly fine. Has the correct mounted turbo and alternator bracket. It literally is just the timing cover that is off a disco which I am not to sure why. This meant that it has a non standard radiator and config with the pipes etc.

Hi Guys, I have a 1988 90 which has had a 200tdi conversion. The whole engine is out of a defender but it has a discovery timing cover on it which means that the belts, hoses etc do not align correctly. I am wanting to change the timing cover to complete the engine to a full defender 200tdi...

Hello, I am looking on getting my 90 ready for a new spray. Was wondering from people who have done theirs what things to replace when getting it done? I plan on completely getting new hinges, seals etc.. but was wondering what else should get done. Any help would be great Thanks

Looks good.. I would put some mall drain holes in the bottom tho just to prevent any water build up
