What do you mean by 10p ish and 15p ish haha

I have 6500 am not too bothered about the colour because I will probably change it to a grey or black and add a few goodies To it is there any specific year to avoid on td5s I've seen a special vehicles ones 2000 reg but don't know what a special vehicle is

Question for you all it seen a defender 1999 td5 s reg 5700 new paint job no welding on the chassis and upgraded grille but it's on a cat c due to doors bonnet and rear door being stolen! What do you think of the price expensive or just stay away from a cat c
