sounds like ignition barrel/switch problem cutting power to the dash for a second when you start it

dose the expansion/header tank get hot water to it or can you see water moving and getting up to it

my brother had the same problem on his vw ,we put a jump lead on the engine block and to the earth on the bat and she started. he some how unearthed the engine while putting on the new alternater(dont ask me how) worth a try before you start chuking money at it. If that dosent work are you...

doubt it theres one still sitting in a ditch about 400yards from my house after he got stuck at the weekend. givin it to much welly in the snow and slid into the ditch. If its still there at the weekend i,ll be borrowing some parts of it

If you've used it in the last few days could be a frozen inhibuter switch (I think that what it's called ) it only lets you start it in p or n or a dodgy starter.

none of us would have landys if we didnt want to get our hands dirty. And its just started snowin in norfolk :)

The only bit they hit was the spring cups. You would need at least 30-40mm spacers

No they dont fit tried yesterday , had to get 4 new 225 55 17s instead wallet is now much lighter

hi all , my hill decent isnt working, the warning amber light is on all the time. The switch on gear leaver is ok and so is abs and t/c .Is there anything else i should be checking or looking for. All fuses are also ok . please help before i take the bulb out.

would 235 65 17 go on a 03 plate 3 lander

i dont know as yet but tryin some on my 03 freelander in a few days (1st feb) as my 225 55 17 have failed mot cracked side walls. 235 65 17 are alot cheaper than 225 55 17.
