just to add sidelight and rear light bulbs all ok cheers

fuses all ok its only the side light thats not working headlight wise no back light at all and no centre console lights oh and the rear lecky window switches dont light up either.:confused: bugger

hi all having a few probs with the electrics on the hippo i have no near side side light back or front main beam on front ok still no back light .both rear break lights ok so is reverse light allso at the same time no centre console lights IE no lighting up of the window switches back or front...

hi all been a while since i,ve been on all has been well untill yesterday i have 03 plate td4 auto start and drive from cold all is well turn it off could be a minute could be 5 hours starts fine but get to around 30 mph and stick to it it starts to stutter not very much but its noticeable foot...

171600 miles that is

2003 td4 had it from new 171600 still on original vcu and auto gearbox

hi all got some probs with an injector on my td4 done a leak down test no2 is down (bugger) .my car is an auto is there any differance between ones for an auto and those for a manual cheers:confused:

could be leaking heater matrix check the passenger footwell carpet near the centre consol see if its damp also check header tank near the cap look for small cracks hope this helps

sounds just like mine been doing it for the last 3 years (must get it done:o) only in the winter its probably the seals in the pump you can get them replaced all i do is start the hippo then drive off straight away after short while it will should stop leaking as the pump warms up :D

sounds just like mine .mine is leaking from the high pressure fuel pump only in the winter though looks like its one of the two rubber pipes but me thinks the seals have gone

am getting close with mine 03 td4 186787 miles and all original including vcu diff and autobox just very very lucky i guess

had my 03 td4 from new and the fuel gauge has allways done as you describe dont no if is ok or not but has allways been the same:confused:

easy enough job to do straight swop really the worst bit for me anyway was takeing the stupid plastic scrivits out of the windscren cover good look
