long shot this but have you reprogrammed the SLABS ecu to air not coil?

tried that just put's all the w/lights on three amigos the works !!!

yep tried that, amber warning light on all the time. if I removed the ACE system and fitted normal ARB's how would the slabs cope with this W/light wise?

i can confirm Hawkeye can't turn off the ACE system or W/Light :mad: does anyone know if Nanocom can?

sounds like the park switch on the motor is faulty to me

not really wanting to convert the ARB's, i'll have to have a think i'll have a look but don't think Hawkeye can turn off ACE ??? it will do the SLS... i'll report back

UPDATE only just noticed that some total :censored::censored::censored: has removed the rear ACE ram pipes and blanked them off on the valve block!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! no :censored: wonder i can't get the system to function as it should... so any ide what...

the only thing to watch out for when working on the AC system is the gas if there is no gas / pressure in the system it's just like a little plumming if you can work on the fuel, brake, cooling systems AC would be easy

why not just fit a retro kit from Maplins?

if your handy with a spanner change the seals yourself. the O rings on the pipes are the ones that cause the problem. any place that refills the AC system should check it for leaks, and the seals might be an idea to get it regassed and see if they find anything..

the new pump was fitted as the Hawkeye fault codes said it had low pressure. the new pump is faulty as it doesn't spit out the fluid like the old ones does. (old one now refitted, and alot of swirling about in tank now) i think there is a big possibility that the ECU is faulty, coming up with...

this noise was on mine too.. manifold warped, and snapped 5 studs skimmed manifold and new studs and gasket all sorted now :D

got round to sorting the ACE out today changed the oil in the ace system with Dexon III fitted new (flebay) pump now even bloody worse!!!!!! think the new pump is fubared, as i can't see any movement in the tank now :( OH GOD WHY DID I BUY A DISCOVERY 2 TD5 GS ???????????????????? :rolleyes:

if your going for the TD5, get the blackbox nanocom i've got the Hawkeye, but wish i got the nanocom, far more usable than hawkeye... oh i like the blue one, only because it's like mine :D

could you give us more details to what is and not working, ???

the sensors on my car, where seized as they bolt onto the trailing arm. so the arm twisted, easy to check just see if they move or stuck. easy to fix too :D oh yeah what ever the cost and hassle keep the air system far better ride. my 7 seater came with coils, so tested the air system...
