She's great buddy until she broke and no welder to fix lol. I'm looking on the bay and seen a cebora 880 pocket mig locally to me but looks very basic ie high low and wire speed so not sure if this will do what i need for disco of will it blow holes? Any advise guys?

Sounds like a trip to machine Mary I guess then. I need to be sure though it will go down to 25-30 amps so I don't blow holes in the body I guess

U need to get all the bits out as they can cause loads of further damage if left. I'd suggest gearbox and transfer off b4 starting again

Battery test by Rac then? ( obviously I'm biased lol) or go to HALFORDS and they can test aswell but better to test after stood a few hours off the car as get a mor accurate cca reading

Yes bout 5seconds or so will do. Just be carful not to touch an earth with the wire

Take it into neutral then tug it back in 4 high non lock and should all be ok

Stick a direct feed to the plugs to test if its just them causing the non start

Call the Rac out is best bet buddy lol
