Some times the wires going through the doors do tend to suffer, you can sleeve these wires with rubber pipe used on fish tank air pumps this does seem to help. As with what has been mentioned though the movement of the doors does effect the wires going through them. hope you get it sorted mate...

I just got a back axle, 2 X spare diffs and 2 x landy spare wheels and tyres on for £25, I wanted a spare diff to make a Double diff axle for a 6x6 project so it worked out well. ALAN
