Hello all, well let me just say its been a while... and theres a good reason for it. My belovid P38 DSE has been off the road for a while due to me blowing the engine to bits, i was off roading and hit a "puddle"at about 20mph, the puddle was alot deeper than i thort and ended up to the windows...

Brilliant thanks for that, shame i missed that 1. yehh ive heard people say that p38s arnt that goo but i can honestly say its never let me down off roadin. id say possibly better that the discos and 90's but we all think our pride and joy is better than the next mans lol:D

Hi people, i usualy go to coniston in the lake district and do the "old man" in the rangie, the road is called scar fell road and it pritty good, a nice day driving over the mountin (hills) back to the village for dinner and camping etc... but after 10 years of doing it its gettin a tad boring...

I changed my rad and bleed the system but still kept pressuring so i did 7,500 mile with the rad cap slightly loose... until it over heated a few days ago, i did the usual thermostat etc etc and spent an hour bleeding it up and thort it was done... i ended up doing a vacum pressure fill (not the...

Hi all, need some advice... im lookin at a p38 dse on an r reg with 138,000 on the clock... it has a problem where some times the ABS kicks in when the road is smooth... for no reason at all, even on smooth tarmac road with no bumps or **** etc... some 1 has said change pump but to me thats fine...

Have you checked the time'ing? or the diafram?

I feel like a reeet noooooooob, i checked the gearbox oil when stone cold and there was non on the stick!!! it took almost a liter to put it where it should be which i didnt understand... then i figured it out... when i checked it last id allready been out and must not of let it cool down enuf...

Thanks mate, i did check it the other day when having probs with torque converter lock but it was still slightly warm so my readings must of been wrong (dam it) that might help my torque converter probs lol, thanks datatek:D if i was a bird id be havig a blond moment but im a bloke so im having...
