personaly still not sure danbuk. every td iv had has given me trouble:mad: whereas never had any issues with 2.5n/a or 200tdi. :) if i were you gonna buy one, buy it with a view to do an engine swap when you start getting stick off it. just my personal opinon.:D btw seriously considering 200tdi...

i think its more or less a strait swap. engine mouts are the same between 90/110 and later defender. i think the blocks are nearly the same believe it or not just the 200 has some strenghtening ribs inserted into casting. wiring is the same apart from glow plug wiring. on a timer for 200tdi...

look s to me like a set a pair a boliks withe a missing link rear shakle set up and he's probably using longer shocks (eg es9000) mounted at an angle to increase the leverage on them to allow them to move easier. a bit like these...
