Looks like Easter, and not May/June is the new target to have my 2A on the road for then! :) I'll be sending the form off at the end of the month, really looking forward to this, and it will be a very good maiden voyage for my old Landy, especially as it's ex-military. Tom

I believe the car has to have been built before January 1973 to be qualified for tax exempt status. Also it seems a large part of why Series 2 and 2A's go for more than 3's is because they are all tax exempt.

Sorry to thread hijack slightly, but I'm about to paint up my chassis and was gonna ask which product use. How much of this stuff will I be likely to need for an 88" chassis? Cheers. Tom

Hi Lee. eBay would be a good bet, there's always plenty of complete roofs for sale on there. I recently won a roof top, sides and rear door for £50. This means i have no need for my old truck cab but unfortunately its very badly damaged so will be no use to you. All the best with te rest of...
