Not really a full suspension service ! but your question regarding kits is all you will possibly need is the teflon seal and reed o ring kit to refurb compressor and very easy to do about 30 mins. The o ring and diaphragm kit for valve block is a little more time consuming but not hard if you...

Hi Mozz, This is located below the front LH seat and is identified from the other ECU's located under the seat by its single 36 pin harness connector. A long shot would be to remove and give it a shake as often you may hear something rattling inside the effects of debris from dry joints...

The bracket will fit and is necessary to attach the heat shield ! have another go, I presume you removed the old type bakerlite shield and replacing with the metal bracket ?

(1) Check alternator output voltage under full load if faulty this would explain some of the electrical symptoms that you describe (2) Recheck under bonnet fuse box, remove the box to check properly and as suggested are you sure it was replaced ? (3) BECM replace or repair...
