Are you sure it is leaky pipes not the seals on the valve block? I had some of the pipes on my ACE replaced last year and it was quite expensive but the cornering performance is excellent. Before you rush to change the lot work out exactly whats leaking and whats not.

Having had a search on here it seems that the resistor pack problem shows as the fan only working at full speed. Mine does nothing on 1 or 2 but works on 3 & 4 so what is the likely hood that the resistor pack is the problem?

My heater only works on setting 3 - 4. Is this the same issue?

I have taken away the filler around the cracks and put a smear of Sikaflex over the affected area. Painted over with black Hammerite and will go over with the correct touch up paint at next opportunity. Hopefully now all leaks are sorted.
