Hi all As in the title really, I've been looking everywhere for one, can't find my old one from when I rebuilt the engine. Tried the one of my dads old TD but it's just a bit too small so a normal belt is right on the edge of adjustment on the alternator. Any help is appreciated, Cheers

800 miles after I fit the refurbished 200tdi in my Defender, I checked most bolts/screws/jubilee clips just to see if they were all still tight, has leaked hardly any oil which is nice, fitted another fuse box, so now have one for the main and aux battery. Thanks all, He knew there were some already on the market, but the one my dad has tried was not substantial enough and as you said, this was virtually free :D

With my 200tdi in the shed being rebuilt, my dad thought of a valve removal tool, worked like a treat :D this was taken on my dads 200tdi when we were adjusting the tappets, he should sell them in my opinion, makes removing valves a piece of **** :)

Fitted the anderson fitting for jump starting and wiped the dust off the dashboard :p

Many things done to the 200tdi in the shed since last update, all valves lapped into the head, new stem seals fitted, valve springs, top valve spring seats and tappet covers. Cylinder head fitted and also rocker shaft and rockers. Just waiting for the injector pump and injectors back from the...

My dad and I fitted two new pistons to the 200tdi and I cleaned it

Brilliant machines, sadly I didn't get an engine with it, so did some research and bought a Lifan 110 lump, 1000 miles and can't fault it :D

Nothing to the Defender, but I've spent most of today playing about with my Honda C90 :D I did drive the Defender to get some bike engine oil though :p

Very true, the heat it put out was surprising, all put in it was a few sticks :D My dad is also making an oil burner out of a 47kg gas bottle, me doing this has egged him on to finish it I think :P

Throw it in with a load of other stuff, they'll never know :D
