hi,weve had the landy for a few weeks now ,how easy(or not) is it to change the windscreen rubber as the one thats on is perished,also it came with spotlights on the front but the wires were just poked through the grill, is there a wiring kit out there that anyone knows about. thanks...

Hi,the freelander went off on its merry way last week,today we picked up a 300tdi 90. Yeah!:D Ok 150 miles up the motorway apart from being a bit deaf now,excellent. Does anyone know where to get some soundproofing from and what sort of cost?

Looking to buy a 90, dead easy I thought, yeah right. About 8000 to spend, so far so good. Now the question, TD5 or TDi ? Thanks for any info.

Hi,we've had the freelander (05 td4 sport) for about 12 months now and frankly are a bit bored. OK the question ,do i get a series 2/3 or a 90.Will only be doing about 1000 miles at most a year,just for taking the mutts out.Budget is about £2000 give or take a bit. Hope you can help. P.S any...

Hi, yes think so ,but the noise is flipping loud embarrasing even

Ok, how to describe a noise ,its a TD4 sport 05 . evewry time we start the engene after about 1 to 2 minutes there is a wooooo noise coming from the left hand side of the engine bay this lasts for about 10 to 15 seconds then stops never to be heard again, untill next time we start the engine...

mmm, bolts,brackets,screws,ok.But what are the rivets for and do you need a special tool to put them in.At this moment i can imagine loads of freelanders driving around with their steps pop rivet to the body<probably not but what sort of rivets are they. cheers.:eek:
