Thanks for the unput guys, really appreciated. I hate those universal types as they are really difficult to pull in and out. I was going to use a rubber glove and a cable tie but the petrol station had it! Two moths later! I knew it was mine as it was muddy lol :p Whaddon was good...

Hi guys, Anyone know where I can get a fuel cap that will fit my disco 1 fairly quickly or anyone local to beds/bucks have one spare? Going whaddon tomorrow and just remembered that I accidentally left the bloody thing at the petrol station :(

Thanks Jai. In Dunstable so near enough. Have bought them and just want them fitted. They're massive :p I know you can get 35 and 37s but all are huge I think. Especially at 13.50

Tried two tyre garages, both said they are too big for regular machines and need a specialist :confused:

If I can find anywhere nearer, I'll travel further out. Lorry tyres garages is a great suggestion, hadn't thought of that but will give it a try.

Do any of you guys happen to know anyone that can fit large mud tyres? 33/13.50R16 in particular?

Hi guys, Can anyone help with where I can get 33" tyres fitted to some wheels around the Bedfordshire area? Mine were low and I really struggled to get 33" tyres for 16" rims. Now I have them, it seems most places can't fit them due to the size. I figure you guys will know the garages...

Is it that they are a stronger tyre ie higher ply? I guessed as it was a LT designation it would be weaker than a non LT designation by from what I can find online, it seems it is just marking that it is stronger than a "passenger"/normal tyre?

The car is just used for laning and off road events but it is driven to and from them. Furthest I'd been since buying it was whaddon which is 30 mins from me but I took it to the Peak District on a laning trip last weekend and that was 2.5 hours each way. My plan was to buy the four mudzillas...
